Artist Jung SHEN - The Artist

Jung SHEN (沈榮), born in Taiwan, has been drawing and creating since childhood, which is probably one of the reasons he pursued an artistic path. He began with studies in arts and crafts, then design and fashion, only to finally return to art.

Throughout his education and early professional experiences, he was immersed in a multicultural environment. Today, he has chosen to live and work in one of the most beautiful villages in France, La Roche-Guyon.

In his art, inspired by nature, Jung SHEN captures landscapes, natural elements, and the beauty of fleeting moments.

Working with Chinese ink, an ephemeral medium whose unpredictable nuances merge art and nature, he combines calligraphy and other techniques in a unique approach that enriches each work with sensations and depth. Light, atmosphere, sounds, and scents also nourish his creative process.

Each piece follows its own path, its own journey, awaiting the moment you discover it and form your own connection with it.

沈榮，1991年生於台北，為旅居法國的臺灣藝術家。便循著藝術設計、工藝與時尚的道路探索與成長，發展出跨領域及複合媒材的當代實踐。於2017年定居法國取得時尚管理碩士學位。其依山傍水的生活環境使他開啟人生的新篇章，並全心投入藝術創作。

沈榮的創作根植於對自然的凝視與觀察，試圖捕捉風景與時間之間的瞬息之美。作品融合近似印象主義的感性精神交融書墨技法，尋求靜與動的共存，引人靜謐沉思與內在漫遊。
