Collection: Ink wash Ikebana

 "Ikebana" is the Japanese art of flower arrangement, meaning "the art of making flowers live." A series based on my ink wash-herbarium artworks, flowers and ink wash create an aesthetic harmony among their movements and a balanced relationship between the natural materials used in the arrangement and the surrounding space, which emphasizes simplicity, understated elegance, and a respect for nature.

Over time, the colors may change, this natural transformation is part of the experience of time which we observe and preserve the fleeting moments.
