Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

Scope These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) apply to all sales made on the website jungshen.com between, hereinafter referred to as "We," and any person making a purchase on the site, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer."

Products and Prices The products offered for sale on the site are accurately described and presented with their respective prices. Prices are indicated in [your local currency] and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders Customers may place orders by following the instructions provided on the site. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not comply with these TCS.

Delivery and Charges: Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer during checkout. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping location. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

• Delivery is free for purchases over €180.
• Delivery via Colissimo is available with two options: Colissimo Domicile or Point Retrait (France only). In metropolitan France, delivery charges are €10 or €8.5 (Point Retrait). For European countries, it is €17. For other countries, it is €28.
• Available countries: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States, Taiwan, Thailand.

Delivery Times: Order processing generally takes 4 business days. Delivery times are 7 business days for metropolitan France and 15 business days for other countries.

Customs Duties: No customs duties apply to purchases from European Union countries. For shipments to certain European countries such as Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Finland, specific cases may arise; customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. For shipments to other countries, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

Right of Withdrawal The Customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the products for a refund. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Due to stock management and consideration for other potential customers, returns with refunds will only be accepted if communicated through the contact form, as indicated on the "Help" page, within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal by the customer. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted, including those returned directly to the studio.

Return: You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please contact us via the contact form as indicated on the "Help" page for an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense. You are responsible for the product until it arrives at our studio. Please inform us by email as soon as your product is delivered.

Refund Conditions: Returned products must be in their original and unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 days after receipt and validation of your return.

Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the products sold on the site remain the exclusive property of Us. No license or right to use these rights is granted to the Customer.

Liability We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold on the site. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order placed by the Customer.

Disputes These TCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of [insert the place of competent jurisdiction].

Modification of TCS We reserve the right to modify these TCS at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site. It is recommended that the Customer regularly consult the TCS to be informed of any potential changes.
