About order

I haven't received confirmation of my order, what should I do?

It's possible that it may have ended up in your spam folder. Otherwise, you can check your customer account where you'll find all your orders. Of course, you may contact us for help.

Can I modify my order once it's been validated?

Once your order has been validated and prepared, you can no longer modify it. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly via the contact page to find a solution.

If there's an error with my order or the product I received, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us via the 'Contact' page, providing your order number. For orders within France, we'll arrange a return label for the next steps in the return process.

How to use a promo code?

The promotional code can be found on the final step of validating your cart, at the top of the page, possibly in a dropdown section.

Shipping

Is the shipping free?

The shipping is free for purchases over 180 euros.

What are the shipping fee?

Shipping via Colissimo is available with two options: Colissimo Home or Pickup Point. In mainland France, the delivery charges are 10 € and 8,5 € for Pickup Point. 17 € in Europe. 28 € for other international destinations.

What are the shipping times?

The processing time for all orders is 3 business days. The delivery time in mainland France is 7 business days. For other desitinations, it is 15 business days. You can check the list of EU destinations available: 'Click here'.

Are there any customs duties?

Please noted that we do not take care of tax and customs duties.
The purchase of goods from a European Union country is not subject to any customs duties. For more information, please consult the official website of the European Union. "Click here"
In a certain European countries, such as Finland, Norway, the UK, and Switzerland, taxes and customs duties may be varied, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

For shipments internationally, taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How to process the return?

You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the delivery of your package or product. Before the expiration of this period, please contact us via the form "Contact" indicating "Return" on subject line for an exchange or a refund.

Is the return free?

The return costs are at your expense. You are responsible for the product until it arrives at our studio. Please also inform us by email as soon as your product is delivered.

Refund conditions

In what conditions will a return refund be accepted?

Returned products must be in their original condition and unused. If there is any discrepancy with the placed order, a refund will be accepted.

What are the refund timelines?

Upon receiving and validating your return, the refund will be processed within 10 days.

Questions about our products

Bookmark products

For the herbarium (pressed dried flower) bookmarks, we advise you to keep them in their plastic pouch for daily use.

Herbarium products

For products made with herbarium 9 pressed dried flowers, please be careful not to touch the dried flowers, as they are attached with very precise glue spots. If the flowers come loose, you can reattach them using white glue, applying just a single spot and pressing gently with a soft brush.

Painting on canvas

The paintings are varnished, ready to be displayed directly or framed according to your preferences. Regular and gentle cleaning extends the lifespan of the painting and preserves its aesthetic quality. Use a soft brush or a microfiber cloth to dust the surface of the painting. For light dirt, a slightly damp microfiber cloth is sufficient; avoid soaking the painting.

Unframed paintings

We recommend framing them, whether they are done in watercolor or acrylic. The frame and glass provide better protection for the artworks.
