Dreaming between the islands
Chinese ink on Opal paper - 240 x 80 cm in Diptych

The days spent in Corsica remind me of Taiwan, serving as an inspiration for this exhibition. Often, things are defined by opposites, but I seek the balance that lies between them.

/ PASSING / In landscapes, motion creates striking images. I explore the calm within speed, where blur accentuates the essence of the moment and reveals a significant beauty.

The fleeting landscape in Vexin Français
Chinese ink on Xuan paper - 30 x 40 cm

Often, beauty lies in speed, and it’s not necessary to remember exactly where it comes from, but rather to be inspired by it.

/ LANDSCAPE / The landscapes from my daily life, travels or memories, these fleeting moments or memories resonate deeply. A journey through scenes and stories inspired by these places.

La Seine and La Roche-Guyon
Chines ink and mixed technique on Xuan Paper - 21 x 29,7 cm

This artwork is the first in which I applied golden fragments, filling parts of the limestone ridge in the landscape. Inspired by kintsugi - the art of repairing with gold - it evokes wabi-sabi, embracing imperfection as a source of beauty and resilience, revealing the landscape’s quiet strength and timeless transformation.

/ LA SEINE / Capturing La Seine's changing light and atmosphere through ink wash and mixed media. The horizontal planes offer an extension, blending impressionistic sensibility with abstraction, and distill the fleeting moment of the Seine. Only when imagination and reality merge can we truly experience the power and beauty of the landscape.

Woods and hills
Chinese ink and dried flowers on Xuan paper - 37 x 47 cm

The relationship between nature and humanity, the collective and the individual, reflects the balance between the greater self and the individual self. It symbolizes the interplay between unity and individuality, where each part contributes to the whole while maintaining its unique essence.

/ INK WASH IKEBANA / A series connected to my ink wash-herbarium artworks, inspired by the Japanese art of flower arrangement, Ikebana - "the art of making flowers live." Ink wash on paper - 15 x 15 cm Video art (Right image)

The Call reflects on the urgency of reconnecting with nature amid extreme climate shifts. The character “Ming” ( 鳴), meaning bird song, embodies nature’s voice—both a presence and a warning—resonating with themes of meditation, alertness, and communication.
