It is a dialogue between ink wash and calligraphy, based on the art of writing, Chinese calligraphy, and an evocation of the word in ink wash with a playful twist.
The ancient character for "mountain," the one on the left, in pictogram or ancient writing, resembled the shape of the mountain in the background. The "forest", the right one, was composed of two tree characters.
